Where you, as an individual, apply for finance through us, or agree to act as a guarantor, you authorise how we may collect, use and disclose your personal and credit information in the Privacy Statement and Consent we ask you to sign before we consider your application for credit or to be a guarantor.
We will disclose your information to third parties only as the Privacy Act permits and where there is a valid reason to do so. All third parties must use your information only for the specific purpose for which we supply it.
Our service providers, such as IT and data storage providers, computer system consultants, document custodians, and mailing houses, are enabled to perform those services.
Credit reporting bodies, in addition to providing credit report information back to us, may hold your information on their credit reporting database and use it for providing credit reporting services and for any other lawful purpose. They may disclose your information to their subscribers for the purpose of credit checking or debt collection or any other lawful purpose.

We may also provide your information to, and receive your information from, a credit reporting body (CRB), if you authorise us to obtain a report on your behalf.
Any information shared with, or by, a CRB is held in electronic form, trackable through the CRB or our systems by time, date, account and user.

Centrix will collect your credit information for the purpose of providing credit reporting services to us and other subscribers to Centrix consumer credit reporting services, and Centrix will use and disclose your credit information in accordance with the Centrix Privacy Statement. You have rights of access to and correction of your credit information and any other personal information held by Centrix as set out in Centrix Privacy Statement.
By submitting your application, you consent to us obtaining credit reports from credit reporting agencies. You acknowledge that these agencies may retain your information and disclose it to other credit providers in accordance with their policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Your information will be retained only as long as is necessary for the purposes outlined in this waiver or as required by law.
